JAMES SHIRRON James Shirron, the second eldest, was born March 18th 1888 at 13 Commerce Street, Aberdeen. He became a Mechanical Engineer and went to live in Fraserburgh. On 12th June 1913, he married May Farquharson at her home 17 Kingsland Place, Aberdeen. His brother Fitzgerald was one of the witnesses at the wedding. As yet I do not know much about James' involvement in the First World War except that he was a Corporal in the Army Service Corps. I am not sure either how many children James and May (Madge) had but I think they had a son James who emigrated to America. James senior died in 1973 aged 84 years. | |||
